National head coach Richard Iwai has named 36 players for the Vanuatu men’s senior football pre-squad as preparations get underway for the MSG Prime Minister’s Cup.

The players, drawn mainly from the Port Vila Football Association (PVFA), also include selections from the Luganville Football Association (LFA) and the Tafea Football Association (TFA).

The 36 players will compete for places in the final 20-man squad that will represent Vanuatu in Papua New Guinea this November.

VBTC Sports observed the first day of training this week at the Port Vila Municipal Stadium, led by Richard Iwai alongside coaches Philimon John and David Chilia.
