Former international and ex-Auckland City head coach Albert Riera, who now leads Galaxy FC, says it’s an honour to coach a player like Kency Tangis.

Speaking after Galaxy FC’s 2-1 win over M3 United FC in the VFF Champions League Grand Final, Riera praised Tangis not just as a talented footballer, but also as a true leader.

“Kency Tangis is not just a player — he’s a real leader, both on and off the field,” Riera said.

He shared his respect for Tangis’ attitude, leadership, and dedication, saying it’s a privilege to have him in the team.
