Work has begun on constructing new classrooms and facilities at Lycee de Luganville in Santo, with funding reaching VT200 million.
The classrooms were damaged by Cyclone Harold in 2020, and until now, students have been using tents and temporary structures.
Principal Barthelemy Ngwele told VBTC News that the project will greatly help the school.
“This project will build 9 classrooms, 1 library, 4 dormitories (2 girls, 2 boys), a junior dining hall, and 2 ablution blocks,” he said.
