The Shefa Provincial Government was unable to elect a new president today after the majority of council members failed to attend the scheduled session.

Due to the lack of quorum, the election has been officially postponed for 48 hours.

The election for the President and Vice President of the Shefa Provincial Council is now set to take place this Sunday, 27 July at 2PM.
