MP Luo was supposed to appear before the Magistrate on Tuesday this week but the case was adjourned due to unavailability of the Prosecutor.

MP Luo is facing multiple charges, including obtaining a valuable item through deception under Section 130B of the Penal Code, giving false statements under Section 76, and providing misleading information under Section 41 of the Civil Registration and Identity Act No. 28 of 2021. He is also charged with committing perjury.

In addition, as a public leader, MP Luo is facing charges under Section 13 of the Leadership Code Act.
