During last week’s Revenue Forum, concerns were raised about government employees whose work practices are affecting the delivery of services and revenue collection.
In response, Prime Minister Jotham Napat announced the establishment of a direct reporting system within the Office of the Prime Minister, allowing the private sector and public to lodge complaints.
PM Napat said, “Once my office establishes the channels, you can send complaints directly, and my team will address the issues across different portfolios. But you have to provide facts so the government can work to resolve them.”
This system aims to improve accountability and ensure government employees fulfill their duties efficiently.
