The closing ceremony was a colourful celebration, with all participating countries parading proudly through Palau’s National Stadium in Koror, marking the end of a successful event filled with sportsmanship and unity.

Over 1,500 athletes from 23 Pacific Island nations competed in the Games, resulting in more than 600 medals awarded across various sports.

At the top of the medal table was Tahiti, securing an impressive 72 gold, 41 silver, and 29 bronze — a total of 142 medals.
Fiji placed second with 27 gold, 30 silver, and 24 bronze (81 total), while Samoa followed in third with 27 gold, 14 silver, and 20 bronze (61 total).
