The Vanuatu Tennis Federation junior team is in the Solomon Islands this week taking part in the West Pacific Junior Regional Championships 2025, in the Under 12, Under 14, and Under 16 categories.

Participating countries in the championship include Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, and the Solomon Islands. The West Pacific Junior Tennis Championship is a regional competition that focuses on developing junior tennis talent, promoting a high level of competitive play, and strengthening sporting connections across the Pacific.

The championship began yesterday, 26 January, and is expected to conclude on Friday, 30 January.

Cyrille Jacobe is the head coach of the Vanuatu squad attending the competition.
