There will be above normal rainfall in the northern part of the country, while normal rainfall is expected across the other islands.

The Climate Division under the Vanuatu Meteorology and Geo-Hazards Department (VMGD) says the northern islands will experience above normal rainfall throughout the month of June.

Meanwhile, the southern and central islands are expected to receive below normal rainfall.
