Prime Minister Hon. Jotham Napat has responded to the Opposition’s recent offer to assist the government in resolving the ongoing issues with teachers, firmly stating that his government is capable and fully equipped to manage the situation.

“The government is capable of handling this issue,” he said. “The only delay is due to the matter being before the court. A task force has already been established to negotiate the collective agreement, and once it’s submitted, the government is ready to sit down and discuss it.”

PM Napat expressed full confidence in the task force, which was set up by the government to address the concerns raised by teachers. He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to resolving the matter through proper legal and consultative channels, without the need for external political intervention.
