Former Japanese international and AC Milan star Keisuke Honda will visit Vanuatu on October 11 for a special event at the Vanuatu Football Federation (VFF) Freswota Stadium.
The VFF confirmed Honda’s visit as part of his role as a global brand ambassador for Titan FX.
VFF Media Officer Takahashi Yoshiyuki said Honda’s visit will be a major highlight for football fans in Vanuatu. He added that Honda’s manager will arrive in September to finalize event details.
“He will come to Vanuatu on October 11 at VFF Freswota Stadium and do some events. In September, his manager will come and we will talk and state what he will be doing. He is very famous — he went to the FIFA World Cup three times, he is very popular in Japan, he played with many clubs, and as an ambassador for Titan FX, they invited him to come here,” Yoshiyuki said.
Honda’s visit is expected to attract strong interest from local fans and strengthen Vanuatu’s growing football ties internationally.
