Club’s comeback seen as major boost for Penama community and Vanuatu football
Sia Raga Football Club is making a strong comeback to the Port Vila Football Association (PVFA) League after being suspended for four and a half years.
The club’s president, Colins Brown, said he is very happy that PVFA has accepted Sia Raga FC to play again in the upcoming 2025–2026 season.
Sia Raga FC is known as one of the clubs in the past that helped develop many players for Vanuatu’s national senior football team.
The club’s return is seen as a big win for the Penama community in Port Vila and for people from Pentecost Island who support the team.
