Galaxy Football Club leads the Vodafone Super League after Day 3 of the 2025-2026 championship, following matches over the past weekend.
The Vanuatu champion club returned to the top of the league after a 1-0 win over Mauriki FC at the Port Vila Municipal Stadium.
With this lead, Galaxy FC is now tied on points with Ifira Black Bird FC at 6-6, but Galaxy sits lower on the table due to goal difference.
Other matches last weekend saw North Efate United FC and iCount Yatel FC draw 1-1, with iCount Yatel making a comeback to equalize in the final moments.
Another surprise result came as Naka FC defeated Ifira Black Bird FC 2-0.
Following Day 3, the championship race remains open, with six clubs still in contention for the Vodafone Super League title.
After Day 3, the standings are:
- Galaxy FC – 6 points
- Ifira Black Bird FC – 6 points
- iCount Yatel FC – 4 points
- North Efate United FC – 4 points
- Mauriki FC – 3 points
- Naka FC – 3 points
According to PVFA, Day 4 of the Vodafone Super League will continue this Friday and Saturday, with league standings subject to change by the end of the weekend.
