The Vanuatu Aquatics Federation wrapped up its week-long Aquatics Fun Day today with a special focus on inclusivity, featuring a two-day Para Championship .
Para athletes from across the provinces gathered in Port Vila to compete alongside able-bodied swimmers in what organizers called a “historic and unifying event.”
Speaking to VBTC Sports, Program Facilitator Glenda George expressed her joy at witnessing a large number of athletes with disabilities competing for the first time with the broader swimming community.
