A man from another Pacific island country appeared in Magistrate Court this afternoon over allegations he committed the act of indecency on a young woman onboard a flight from Fiji to Vanuatu.

The court has granted him bail but ordered the prosecution to hold his travel documents.

The accused was order by the Magistrate to return to court this Friday for a further bail hearing.
